3. Warranty

3.1 The Smart Lock Door Handles come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

4. Installation and Use

4.1 The proper installation of the Smart Lock Door Handles is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not liable for any damages caused by improper installation or use. Please ensure a registered tradesperson is installing your handles. 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Anion Group Pty Ltd  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Smart Lock Door Handles, including but not limited to property damage, loss of data, or breach of security.

 

6. Privacy and Data

6.1 Our smart locks may collect and transmit data related to security and usage. By using this product, you consent to the collection and use of such data in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Anion Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.

Special Attention:

1. Store a spare mechanical key outside the home in case of accidental lockouts.

2. Replace batteries as soon as the low battery alarm sounds.

3. Carefully read the installation manual before setup, and keep it for future reference.
